The Practice was established in 1983 by Rami El Dahan & Soheir Farid under the name of Rami El Dahan & Soheir Farid, Architects which became later in 1996 El Dahan & Farid Engineering Consultants, a limited liability Company.

Rami El Dahan & Soheir Farid, Architects has over 29 years of experience working in the Vernacular Architecture and the use of locally available construction materials, having completed numerous projects in large and small scale Residential, Hospitality, Commercial and Religious projects as well as Rehabilitation and Restoration projects.

Our firm has a long-standing reputation for providing the highest level of professional services, delivering to its clients innovative traditional, vernacular and local design solutions combined with technical expertise.

El Dahan & Farid staff consists of over 35 Architects and Structural Engineers, technical support plus back-up accounting and secretarial help. The employee base is very stable and has a great experience working together on projects of all sizes. The computer technologies are regularly updated.
